“Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and His worshipers must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4:23-24
What does it mean to live a life of worship? We worship together on Sunday mornings at church, but what about the rest of our weeks when “real life” happens.
This fall we are going to dive into what it means to live a devoted life in the presence of God. We will be spending 10 weeks in a study called
The Unquenchable Worshiper.
Worship is about God, to God, and for God; we are meant, and even created to live a life that reflects this. This is not a study on the musical expression of worship, it is a study on the heart of a worshipper.
Our purpose for this fall will be to challenge, inspire, and
encourage ourselves to live lives that are constantly reflecting and
responding to the goodness of the Lord.
GYM (Grace Youth Ministries) nights are for both Middle School and High School students to attend. Each week will look at a different type of worshiper. The Unquenchable Worshiper, the Undone Worshipper, the Undignified Worshipper, the Unpredictable Worshipper, the Unveiled Worshipper, the Unstoppable Worshipper, the Unnoticed Worshipper, the Undivided Worshipper, the Unsatisfied Worshipper, and the Unending Worshipper.
Join us as we walk through this study together- strengthening, encouraging, praying, and worshiping together.
Also this fall, be watching for our monthly Community Builder Events. These are events that students are encourage to come and bring friends to just relax and have fun doing stuff outside of the church walls.
